At Fairness Cosmetics, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and in perfect condition.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all governorates in Egypt and selected GCC countries through our trusted shipping partners.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier operations.

  • Deliveries are made Saturday through Thursday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking update via SMS, email, or WhatsApp to follow your shipment status.

Delivery Attempts

Our shipping partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the shipment may be returned or rescheduled.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery requests.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or opened:

  • Please inspect the order upon delivery.

  • Record an unboxing video while opening the package.

  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including address and phone number. Fairness Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
